Comfortable place for exploring Costa Teguise. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly👍
There was no coffee.
-
think that beatriz costa & spa is beyond compare. moreover, free wi fi was provided.
TBH, the street was noisy.

All the friendly and attentive staff. room is spacious, beds are comfortable and there is a small terrace. bathroom is very good, clean venue, with a bidet and two sinks. Individual control on the wall to regulate the air conditioning, can be turned off. hotel has a "piano bar" with live music from 6 pm, "disco bar" with music from 8 pm and also a SPA. buffet restaurant is fine, with varied food, "theme" dinners :) All the waiters and cooks are very friendly. Normal hours: breakfast is from 8h to 10:15h and dinner from 19h to 21:30h. No parking problem. Clean swimming pool. Transport service to the beach.
The air conditioning in the room doesn't always cool. There were some little stones in the room's carpet, I guess he vacuums it up every once in a while. Free wifi only works in the lobby.

The food is very good, abundant and of all kinds, very good. You pay for the drink but it's reasonable. The hotel is very nice, the swimming pools are beautiful, the decoration is a bit old-fashioned but it is not important because it is good, the criticism about the carpet is exaggerated, it is not so bad. Cleanliness and very attentive staff. We have been very comfortable in a beautiful room with excellent views.
hotel is remote and there is nothing around or to take a cane, you depend on car or taxi. It is not far from the most urbanized part but it is isolated. timetable offered by the hotel of the free buses that go down near the beach does not make things easy, last one leaving at 11:30 and one returning at 17:30, too many hours to "go for a ride" and it does not allow to come back to the hotel to eat. You need a car if or if. activities "music at the top" in the swimming pool at nap time... terrible. Even if you do not take a nap, it is very unpleasant because the whole hotel is rumbling, can be perfectly controlled, it does not make sense to have such a volume. the evening's performances, generally good although focused on Anglo-Saxon tourism.

The hotel in general was good, the facilities, the swimming pool, the rooms ... everything according to the photos, the cleanliness everything correct, the rooms we liked enough. for what we wanted it, which was to have breakfast and sleep in addition to being able to see the island, fulfilled its function.
The buffet did not have much variety, almost everything was destined to foreign tourism, with regard to the style of food. The breakfast was quite good, but there was some waiter who did not stand out for his sympathy in advance, they were quite overwhelmed, which was reflected in their faces and their treatment, at dinner they told us that we could choose a table, but when we did and asked if we could have dinner there, they said no, that there was no waiter service at that time and assigned us one in the center of the dining room that we really did not like very much. and so we spent almost all the dinners. On the other hand, the half board does not include the drink at dinner, and for two coke I paid 7.50. I understand that it is tourist but the hotel was not a total luxury as for those prices. for whatever reason, certain rules of etiquette, etc. we did not finish feeling comfortable. but well, it was not bad although try another accommodation next time. . as everywhere there were people of the service very friendly and other not so much.

I liked the staff's treatment. boys and girls at the Buffett were very friendly, always smiling and helpful. I also liked the pool area very much. the girl who attended us on our arrival, at the reception, everything was fine.. In general everything was fine, only bad thing was the cheerfulness and cleanliness of the floor waitresses and low efficiency of the ss. tt (technical service) department.
high price for what the facilities actually offer. At night the animation must be more effective to make the guests more animated. It seemed a bit sparse in my view. bed just arrived and one of the legs was already broken. I spent my whole stay with this inconvenience, reception was informed about it. Hab. 128. to emphasize a thing to the waitress of floor: when the cover is done to the client it would be well that when the client arrives he is the impeccable bed. In my case, I found it fine but with wrinkles. Something that made me laugh because even I would do it better. I understand that the rush may have caused that.

The friendliness of the staff, the good organization despite being at full capacity, you always had a table, no queues, some place to see shows, fantastic performances. The spectacular animation team. Thank you very much to Luis the animation manager and in general to the whole team. Impeccable room. The meals were much better than expected since I had read some negative comments but the truth is that the variety and quality were much more than acceptable. SPA. Even in the commercial galleries of the Hotel, especially Toni, from the mineral store who even designed a route for us around the island. Unbeatable quality/price ratio. I will always recommend it.
The wind, but that doesn't depend on the hotel anymore. This meant that sometimes there were empty glasses on the floor in the pool, which is what I had read in the comments, but wow, nothing out of the ordinary. It is true that it is a bit old-fashioned, but of course that is why they are so well priced, compared to others in their category, but still very comfortable. The wifi is very bad.

It's a great reference hotel in Costa Teguise. All its rooms are oriented to the pool area, with a large terrace. The rooms are spacious, with lots of closets and enough space to leave all the luggage. It also has adjoining rooms which are very useful if you are travelling with children, as you can have privacy and at the same time be in the same room as them. The common areas are very nice, although they could do with a little upgrade. There are several leisure areas, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety, fresh products and it is well supplied all the time.
It's ideal for driving because it's a little far from the center. It would be good to renovate the common areas and rooms a little, because although they are very comfortable, they look a little out of date. However, on the whole it's nice, it's not old, just a bit "demodé", which has its charm.

Staff, really great. The poolside bar onsite. Convenient for everyone.
-
spa services
bit far from beach and amenities

very comfy beds & the junior suite was excellent. Food was good. Mini golf, kids club, play area v good. Entertainment good. Other guests very friendly. Half price entry to the spa. Nice pool area.
Had to pay for the safe, a kettle in the room & some rooms have to rent the fridge/mini bar. We went in December & had to complain about the kids club not being open they said that it was because there were not a lot of children so they didn't bother until we insisted. One of the pools is heated but is not very warm.

The Thalassotherapy centre and the dining experience.
Some of the fitness equipment needs modernisation.
-
We found the hotel very relaxing and the courtesy bus was a great plus, also the evening show was very good could start a little earlier
-
General ambience of the hotel, staff, comfort, safety, food, pool etc. My third time holidaying here and hopefully it won't be my last.
Delph needs to be replaced. Pool surfacing needs repair. Sunbeds need to be refreshed. Decor in rooms a little tired. More english television channels needed. Drift towards 'package holidays' as opposed to random bookings. Nothing major, I will be back.

This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel. It is ideal for my needs as a short stay hotel when I visit Costa Teguise on business. It is clean, comfortable and friendly.
For my purposes WiFi in the rooms would be good. It is available in the reception and bar areas.
